Simply Awesome Hands-down, Faith Respler is my favorite salesperson! I have purchased several Hyundai's at Hyundai of NPR. I bought my first one (when I thought no o Hands-down, Faith Respler is my favorite salesperson! I have purchased several Hyundai's at Hyundai of NPR. I bought my first one (when I thought no one would give me a chance) and my latest one with her. She is thorough when explaining everything from financing/leasing to vehicle specs, from how to work my navigation to how to set up my seat and steering wheel; seriously, she left no stone unturned. In addition, she is personable, super-chill, and the most stress-free (!!!) salesperson I have ever worked with. My latest visit (to purchase my new Sonata!) was a truly positive buying experience. There was never any pressure, even when negotiating price--which I am very happy with by the way. It was clear to me she wanted me to be completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase (just as she was when I purchased my first Hyundai). The Finance manager (Mr. Jones) was also a pleasure to work with, was patient when responding to my numerous questions, thorough in his replies, and although he briefly explained different packages at closing, never once worried me into buying any additional coverage. As a woman and single mom, I have had disappointing past experiences of a business trying to pull a fast one on me because they assumed I wouldn't know any better. That being said, I would, without any reservation, recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey as a great, honest place to purchase a vehicle. Moreover, although I've never had a negative experience with any Hyundai of NPR salespeople--in fact they've been great--I would highly recommend Faith Respler as the best (for all the reasons listed above) sales consultant to work with. Faith, if you ever see this, I just want you to know--You Rock! This professionalism, courtesy, and caring is the reason I keep coming back to Hyundai of NPR. More

Jimmy Hendren, BEST EVER, kind, patient, expeienced, + + + + Mike Casanova - worse ever. I also experienced the worse possible attitude and behavior ever, when it came to the Finance manager. There was absolute Mike Casanova - worse ever. I also experienced the worse possible attitude and behavior ever, when it came to the Finance manager. There was absolutely nothing professional or caring about him. I felt rushed. It seemed as if I was a nuisense to him. If I asked a question, or asked him to repeat something, he seemed put out... Also, I said I use my middle initial. He said "I didn't put it in"... I said I see that, ( yet I had specifically asked my salesman to put it in, and he did..) So the financial manager. said "it doesn't matter..." I said it does to me. Besides there's another person in this area with the same name as me, that's why I use my initial, or middle name. He again implied it was ok. I said, How do you think Michael J. Fox would feel if you left out the J. he said "I Don't think he would mind." I said well, I think he would mind.. it wouldn't be him.... Then he said, "there is no way I'm re-doing all of this paper work" (I felt like saying, there's no way I'm signing any more of it...) right then, my salesman (Jimmy) came to the door to see how things were going... I told him there's no middle initial or middle name. He said I wrote it in, and I said, I know you did.. Then, (Casanova) says to Jimmy "I didn't Put it in.." (even though Jimmy's paperwork, my Driver's license, and my Debit card all had it totally spelled out.) As a matter of fact, he told me my " credit score was 730 something". I said my Credit score is 849. It was just checked a month or so ago. He said " 730 is a great credit score" I said, OK, but it's not mine. (So, what do YOU think?? I think he probably pulled up the score of the other person with my name, without a middle initial...) I felt, anything I had to say, was of no value to him, and his remarks and disposition were very offensive to me. He put a huge, insulting damper, on my already stressful day - A day that Jimmy had patiently, professionally and courteously walked me through for several hours... The whole process of replacing a perfectly fine car, which I thought would be my forever car, at my age of 71; and someone totals it out for you. Then too, having to make car payments again after 10 years without them, was huge and so very difficult to commit to... Casanova says to me, " this is a great deal" I said I know it is, He said "people have 4/5/$600 dollars a month payments" I said, yes, PEOPLE do, but not me. You do not understand.. where I am, and my life style. (and his lack of interest, and no response let me know, he didn't want to know about me. so, then we shifted gears to, what felt like, let's hurry and get this over with.) They take the stress out of buying a new car. Buying or leasing a new car is generally a stressful experience. This is third car we have leased from NPR Hyundai and they make it easy.
