Let me be direct: Jeena Verdelotti is the main reason I purchased my new Hyundai from Hyundai of New Port Richey. I had a quote from another dealership much closer to my home, but Jeena beat it and made purchased my new Hyundai from Hyundai of New Port Richey. Also the follow up after the sale by other NPR dealership service & customer service reps was a nice personal touch. Now my wife is considering a new car. We had been looking for a new vehicle for around 6 months I was not looking forward to shopping for a car In fact I did most of my looking online at night after work. Than we met Scott Spieler we were looking at the new Hyundai Tuscons on the car lot ourselves Scott was moving one of the other cars saw us asked if he could help He was so helpful and made me feel at ease We took a test drive with Scott We were so impressed with Scott's knowledge of the vehicle and the way he did not peasure us that we decided this was where we were going to buy our vehicle. Scott assured us that this would be the most pleasureable car buying experience, and it was. I've been shopping for a new car for three months. It was not a good experience. I drove past Hyundai of New Port Richey on a Friday and on Saturday I emailed Jeena to tell her what I wanted and how m was not a good experience. She responded quickly and told me we could make a deal and she had a car with my specs. The next day was Easter, but she told me she would be open and she could do everything in 1.5 hours. I went by expecting problems. Instead, everything went very smoothly. No pressure! I was very pleasantly surprised! It took about an hour and 45 minutes, but we drove home in our new Sonata and will highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey and Jeena over and over again!! More
I have been looking for four months to buy a new car. I can tell you that from the first point of contact Jeena has ben extremely efficient, and professional. Jeff Angle also made the end of the transaction very easy. As mentioned to them both, I had purchased my one car from this dealership and the experience I had from both Graham and Corey was less to be desired. I hesitated going back to this dealer when we had the need to purchase another car this year. By the interactions I had with both Jeena and Jeff Angle, I am glad I chose to give them a second chance. Originally we went there back in Augusr 2012 on referral from my father in law. Even thoughh we mentioned it, the so called referral check never made its way. When I mentioned it this time, they took the information and said they will process. I think that he should still get the ireferral fee for the first referral as well. The fact that Graham was so unefficient and not thorough, and seemed to just want to make a sale should not affect the fact that I we mentioned the referral and that he failed to follow through. As mentioned to both Jeena and Jeff A. I was extremely upset with the undelivered promises from Graham. Even when meeting with Jeff to sign papers, we were given options that were never mentioned to us when we purchased our first vehicle back in August 2012. This was very bothersome and upsetting because we missed on amenities/services because neither employees we dealt with gave us the options. Jeena and Jeff A are true example of exemplary customer service. It is a shame I had to deal with the other two before. I always wondered why I never got a survey or follow up from our first purchase. I understand this survey should be for this transaction, however, I believe it is important to share the comparison of my dissapointment on my first business transaction. Even with an appointment, back in August we had to leave the one day and return. On our return we still had to wait another 1.5 hour for Graham to even notice we were there after I was about to walk out. It all went down hill then. As stated, I am glad to have given your dealership a second chance. The experience had with Jeena and Jeff A truly made a difference. They should be recognized forn turning things around the way they did. I look forward to continued business with this dealer as long as we continue to recieve the VIP treatment we recieved from both jeena and Jeff A. I sure hope that you could go in your files and honor the referral fee for both transactions. Although I mentioned this before, it was not until I spoke with Jeena and Jeff A that I was truly listened to. It was time for regular service on both cars. Our service person was very nice and friendly. Our sales rep that we dealt with on both cars, Faith Respler, saw us sitting in the waiting area. I leased the Sonata 6 months ago and even though it is a great car I have found that it wasn't the choice I should have gone with. I had been on the fence between the Sonata and the Tuscon. Well after expressing this to Faith she ran the numbers and let me know where I stood. It's not something I can financially do at this time but I did appreciate her checking it out for me and not just trying to make the sale. Driving the Sonata is certainly not a hardship I know I'll be back for that Tuscon someday. More

We were recommended by several friend from our church to come to this dealership and to only see Jake. Jake was awesome. He went out of his way to find just the car, features, and price we were looking fo come to this dealership and to only see Jake. Jake was awesome. He was like dealing with a friend instead of a "car salesman". He took the time to explain ever detail of every step of the process, all of the features of the car, and did not want us to leave until we were 100% satisfied, which we were. The gentleman we dealt with in finance was also very friendly and helpful. He too took as much time as we needed to answer our questions, explain all of the details, and give us and explain all of our options. Overall we were more than satisfied with this dealership and especially Jake. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jake in the future. More
