I am extremely impressed with the entire operation at Hyundai of New Port Richey.My wife and I have purchased 2 cars there in the past 3 years.Our salesperson was Bob Schlopy the first time and we,specif Hyundai of New Port Richey.My wife and I have purchased 2 cars there in the past 3 years.Our salesperson was Bob Schlopy the first time and we,specifically,asked for him the second time because of personality and integrity. Jeff Beatty has been our service rep and they don't come better. During my last visit they could not resolve the lock activator problem in my vehicle as it is an unusual problem.I mentioned this in an online survey and quickly received a call and a message from Nicole who referred me to Stephanie who set up an appointment for Monday at 7:00.this conversation was on Saturday.Very impressive! It is also impressive to have a 7:00 am appt. and watch a well-oiled machine arrive.I don't know her name but a lady arrives who sets up the coffee,clean the popcorn machine and bakes the wonderful cookies.Plus,she handles many related responsibilities.I cite her because she reflects the entire operation.She has pride in her work and in being a part and a very important part of a winning organization. I rated my sales person Shane Eppilioto the 5's because he was very patient and answered all my questions and didn't push me into something I didn't really want. I had a paper for the current sales and I guess because I was in previous I wasn't entitled to the sale prices even though no papers were ever completed or signed for. I went through the sale because of Shane and he really had to work for this sale. But 7 years ago I walked out of this dealership and went to Fort Myers and purchased a new 2006 Sonata because they wouldn't deal. Don't get me wrong I love my 2013 Tuscan and I put $22,000 down and will pay off my balance in a year, and I will be looking to purchase a new Genesis Coupe and will probably go back to Fort Myers because $1000 savings is a $1000 savings. I am not a cut throat go back and forth with numbers person. When I ask for the sale price I just expect the honest answer, Don't say that IS the sale price because you know I want it and will still buy it because your right I will but next time I will somewhere else. And as for the recommending this dealership, Yes I will recommend Shane to my friends and aquaintances. More

Stopped in to look at new cars, Sergio greeted us & showed us around, I picked out a vehicle that I liked, took it for a test drive, Sergio was pleasant to work with & was very informative of the vehic showed us around, I picked out a vehicle that I liked, took it for a test drive, Sergio was pleasant to work with & was very informative of the vehicle, went on to see Courtney, whom was also very pleasant to work with, he too was very informative & helped us to make the decision to lease the vehicle instead of purchase. Three days after taking delivery of my Elantra, I happened to get a flat tire while out in Estero, I used the container of flat repair (which did not work very well, due to location of puncture) kept stopping to put air in tire to nurse it back to your Dealership "Hyundai of New Port Richey" where I spoke to Clint in the service department, he promptly attended to my Elantra & got me back on the road. I have already recommended this dealership to some of my friends, & I will definetly be returning there myself when I need service, & when I'm ready for another vehicle.
