I have always been treated great every time I've come in for service and one warranty call. I was especially pleased when I received a refund which I had not expected and there was no way that I would have for service and one warranty call. I spoke to Jeena via email before I went out to New Port Richey which is an hour away from where I live. I told her all the information about my trade in and what car I was looking for. All email correspondence were both professional and so effecient. When I got to the dealer she had the car and numbers worked out. I needed to stay with in a price range and I only had my trade in and no money down. Jeena and the finance manager worked with me and instead of getting a 2012 Hyundai Accent, I drove home with a 2013 Hyundai Accent which drives so smooth, I LOVE IT!! I will be putting out her business cards at work and i would definitely send anyone looking for a new Hyundai her way. Thank you Jeena for everything! More
I can't remember the name of the manager or the finance person but they were very friendly and helpful. I am pleased with my new car after less than a monthe and hopefully will continue to have good maint person but they were very friendly and helpful. I was not pressured to make a decision to purchase my car. My salesperson Terri Brown answered all my questions and gave great review of all the cars features when I purchased the car. She was always available by phone to answer questions I have. The finance person was very prepared to complete my purchase and was quite personable. The manager I met was also personable and applied no pressure. More

When I recently brought my car in for it's regular maintenance, the service area was positively swamped with cars. I just knew that I was going to spend my whole after noon waiting for my car to be fi maintenance, the service area was positively swamped with cars. I just knew that I was going to spend my whole after noon waiting for my car to be finished but boy was I wrong. Despite being extremely busy, the service people had my car in and out in 45 minutes from the time of me dropping it off to the time of me climbing back in to drive away. And on top of it, all the employees at Hyundai of NPR were extremely friendly and helpful. I am SO happy I bought my car from Hyundai of NPR, from the extremely helpful and gracious salesman Graham Pearce to the unbelievable service I get whenever I come back. From past experience, I found this service department to be friendly and easy to deal with. While at the dealership I had the need to get touch paint, for my car which is black and found there were two diff be friendly and easy to deal with.
