I have been dealing with New Port Richey Hyundai (purchased 7-8 cars) since 2003 and if they were not great people to deal with I would have left a long time ago. I have bought many cars from a Lotus, Porsche, Volvo,four Infinitis and many more. I have owned 6 Hyundais. I know when the salesperson is working to get me the best deal or not. I am a high school English teacher and I have taught, coached and dealt with thousands of adults and kids. I can read people easily by listening to what they say and by watching how they act. If a salesman tells me the dealership is only making $100.00 a car I need to get up and leave. Graham treated me like I was an intelligent consumer. In short, he respected me. He really was the only one who called me right back when I requested him to. Now I know you sell a tremendous number of cars and I am just one of many who buy. It is quite possible that the vast amount of cars you sell really cuts down on your ability to service the customer in a timely manner. I think that is something that should be looked at. The deal I got on my Elantra Limited was a very good one. I got a great loan percentage but my FICO score was 850. My wife and I had some concerns dealing with our $100 deductible 10 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty. Fred Singleton finally called me and we worked out a very equitable solution but he told me he would confirm the next day. However it was difficult getting back to him. When we finally made contact again, Fred took great care of me and I came in on Monday and finally got my $0 deductible and the compromise was excellent. I felt really good about my experience and Fred treated my wife and me in a friendly and more than fair manner. Graham and Fred have earned my trust. Fitzgerald Hyundai is very eager to get me back but I felt that I could get a better deal with you. Fitzgerald is however easier to work with in that it's scope is smaller and therefore more immediate. It is more of a family feeling there. I hope my comments have been helpful. We had a wonderful experience at Hyundai of New Port Richey, We had an issue with my car being damaged by a tow truck driver. He was AMAZING, he was able to show us a vehicle that we loved, a silver (which i wanted purple but the husband wouldnt approve) Sonata 2013. He explained all of the features to us. Very kind nice man. Mr Nessler had all of our paper work completed very quickly. I have never visited a dealership that the owners,managers and staff were so AMAZING. I would reccomend any and everyone to come an visit this dealership. You are greated with a smile from the time that you walk in the door til the time you leave. I can not thank them enough, I even gave them all hugs when e left. Truely amazing wonderful kind people that should be awarded for not being like the other lowlife vultures that work at other dealerships.
