It was a hectic day....Memorial Day!!! The place was more than buzzing, but everyone was cool, including all the employees. Debra treated my wife and I with lots of care and respect. Came in for initial routine maintenance on two 2012 Elantra's. Appts at 6:00 and 6:15. We were out of there in a very minimal amount of time and appreciated that fact very much. My most recent visit was for service. Several things immediately come to mind when considering having service done to my vehicles. One, there is no requirement for appointments. Two, when one arrives at the service drive there is zero wait time for a consultant to address your issues. The write-up process is seamless and all concerns are documented without delay. After write-up, the work seems to commence immetiately and is performed flawlessly. I have had numerous visits to the service department since I own two Hyundai's and have never had a problem that wasn't addressed with precision. Having been a Service Director for Ford and Chrysler dealerships prior to my retirement I know a considerable amount about the operation of dealership Service Departments. I would be remiss not to compliment the personnel in your facility. Each employee should feel a sense of pride in being part of your organization. We felt it was time to upgrade to newer models and so we con Hyundai dealership back in 2008. Our experience back then was wonderful and stress free. We felt it was time to upgrade to newer models and so we contacted Jake and once again had a great experience. This time we went in and told Jake we wanted to trade in the 2008s and for new cars using only the trade-ins and without increasing our payments. Once again he delivered. I would recommend Jake and the dealership to anyone in the market for a great deal on a Hyundai (or 2). More
