He was not pushy during the sale, was always available to answer questions, made appointments to have my oil changed after my purchase, and always met us at the maintenance entrance when we arrived. When I first went into Hyundai of New Port Richey, this big fellow came and greeted us with a "real" smile. Asked if he could help us. After looking at the vehicles, we decided on a Santa Fe. It took us three days to figure out what we were doing, but John was very patient and very helpful in our decision. That is why we went to John for our second vehicle and it will be John for our other vehicles. I have already sent John some referrals. You could have not asked for a better salesperson than John. In your service department, I deal with Jeff Beatty. He is excellent and helps you solve your problem. These two people care about their customers. I also had dealings with Mike Leonard. He is another exceptional employee. As long as these people are at your dealership, I will be coming back to get my cars serviced and purchase new ones. My experience was the best ever, at a dealership. We heard about John and Hyundai of New Port Richey through our neighbor who had recently purchased a car. We made an appointment for a Friday and even though John had the morning off he still came in to meet us. My husband and I knew what car we wanted (Sonata) and the type (Limited 2.0T). Therefore, we walked through the Sonata's on the lot, found the one we wanted, test drove it and within 2 hours took it home. I would also like to note that we felt no financial pressure or haggling even though our credit is not the best. It is an absolutely wonderful feeling to know you can afford something and you are given the chance to purchase what you want and not what is required (based on credit score) as some places do to you.
