I was just a number. I made an appointment for oil change. I was greeted, checked in and told she would come get me when it was finished. Several times over 2 1/2 hours Ma I made an appointment for oil change. I was greeted, checked in and told she would come get me when it was finished. Several times over 2 1/2 hours Mary came into the waiting room she looked around to find who she was looking for. On one occasion I was looking at her and she said to me dismissively, "we're still working on it". After 2 1/2 hours, I just so happen to hear my name called over head. I realize there is a multi-point inspection given with each oil change. I explained to her and I checked in I had just had the engine replaced 8 weeks ago and the car had been totally inspected. I imagine that mandatory inspection, which was unnecessary, is done without regard to the individual customers needs. I won't be back, I won't make that 30 minute drive. I'll go to another dealership that won't herd me through. More

Friendly They really try to get you to upgr and de even when you go in telling them exactly what you want and to leave it at that. They are repetitive. They also take forever and I don't know if that's a sales tactic or not. Honestly I'm a simple car person so I was ready to be in, give them my money's and keave but even then, the simplicity of changing my leased car to my own car was a big deal. Made app with jeff but he had another customer so another gentleman helped and they both were helpful in trying to get me along as I also had to pick my daughter up from school that day. Financial advisor that helped me was the best financial advisor I've ever dealt with. Its ashame I cant remember his name but hes got the 2 cutest children on his desk and their artwork all around the office. More
