My experience was excellent. I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr Jimmy Hendren. Not only was he very knowledgable of the cars on the lot, but gave me helpful advise/insight I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr Jimmy Hendren. Not only was he very knowledgable of the cars on the lot, but gave me helpful advise/insight on my driving habits. He was very professional and just a very kind, down to earth person. This is the main reason I stay with Hyundai. The people there are incredible courteous & kind. It's like they can't do enough for you. More

Not happy with most recent trip to Service Center on 12/16 This was my second trip to the Service Center in 8 days for my brakes making a grunting noise and feels like I’m on wet road when braking at 45 mph or This was my second trip to the Service Center in 8 days for my brakes making a grunting noise and feels like I’m on wet road when braking at 45 mph or faster. The 1st trip they took 4 hours to resurface the rotors. I noticed on the way home the noise was still happening and still feels like braking on wet road at speeds of 45 or faster so I came back last Sunday to be told it’s normal brake noise for an Ioniq and other owners just “deal with it” by Amanda Murphy and Dylan Artus. They completely ignored my other concern about how the brakes feel when braking at higher speeds. They even pulled a new Ioniq into the garage so I could hear it in a new car, no thanks. She also said it wouldn’t do any good to replace the brakes because it would be the same parts so the same thing would happen again. Wow, didn’t even offer to have a service manager call so I said I would be contacting Hyundai USA. I ran into my sales guy, Dan Forsey while I was waiting for the paperwork and he was not happy with their answer either. He made a copy of the paperwork and said he would talk to Andrew and/or John and have them get back to me. Nothing yet. I will not be returning to the service center unless Shaun Koch or a service manager is there. More
