I explained to the receptionist who I made my appointment with on Friday September 1st 2017 that I needed first available appointment on Sunday September 3rd 2017 and would be in a rush due to a family member being on their death bed.she said she woiuld note that down. Hyundai of New Port Richey has signs in they're service drive (Car Care Express, Oil Changes Done Fast). Obviously that is very untrue. I brought my car in at 145pm September 3rd 2017 and checked in and the service Advisor put the paper work on my car. There was 2 cars that came in after mine and a mechanic came grabbed my paper work then put it back in my car and took a car that came in after mine. It's not the service advisors fault. It's the dealership management's fault. Will I ever have my car serviced here again, probably not. Will I recommend this dealership for service, not a chance. Express doesn't mean 1 hour and 15 min for an oil change. Express is less than 1 hour. And if a service center is backed up then they should learn how to schedule and leave 15-30 min in between appointments or hire better mechanics that work more efficiently. When I service my Mini Cooper JCW @ Ferman BMW, express service on a Sunday in 45 min in and out. More

My 2016 Hyundai has 27k miles on it and when I recently brought my car in to complain about 2 things, during every oil change, my tires were never rotated ( The front tires were always in the front, I marked the inside with a red paint marker, and that after 27k miles the tires had chunks of rubber missing from them). When I went in, I spoke to Chad, who is by far the nicest service Advisor but he told me that I haven't had my tires aligned at Hyundai. I guess when a dealership sells you an extra warranty they should explain the conditions so that everything is known. I just spent $430 for new tires because my 2 front tires were completely bald (2/32nds) and my rear tires were at (5/32nds). I realize the road hazard has stipulations and is a very minimal cost but why should I have to continue to pay for it if I A. Don't have the factory tyres anymore, B. The factory tyres weren't replaced by road hazard. There is only 2 people at this dealership which I can say I trust, Chad in Service and Fred in Finance. More
Left with a dent I brought my brand new vehicle in for my first oil change I walked around my vehicle with your service advisor and both noted my car was in PERFECT co I brought my brand new vehicle in for my first oil change I walked around my vehicle with your service advisor and both noted my car was in PERFECT condition it was BRAND new I waited for the oil to be changed and left. When I got home I went to get the mail and when I came into the garage noticed a dent in my rear bumper I notified the service advisor immediately and he informed me that a rock must've come up and hit my bumper it definitely could not have been the dealership. I explained it is a dent a rock could not have caused it I told him at which time he informed me it definitely was not their fault it was my fault. I had purchased 3 vehicles previously and have driven for over 35 years he never even asked for me to bring it in just said it was my fault. I now tell and show EVERYONE the damage your dealership caused and tell them how I was treated. Would not recommend your service department to anyone More

John Thompson - great service advisor. I usually dread going in for an oil change because sometimes you have to wait an eternity. This time I needed not only an oil change, but I had a fac I usually dread going in for an oil change because sometimes you have to wait an eternity. This time I needed not only an oil change, but I had a factory recall to get done, plus I had a coupon for a free audio system upgrade that I wanted to utilize... so naturally I was expecting to spend quite a while in the waiting room. John Thompson quickly wrote up my service ticket, and gave me a coupon that saved me several dollars on the oil change. John told me that it would take about an hour and a half, which I thought was really good considering everything that needed to be done. Low and behold, within one hour my car was done! Not only did they do the oil change, fix the recall issue, and upgrade my audio system software... they even washed my car too! Amazing. More

Service Advisor WAY ABOVE AVERAGE I am on my 2nd hyundai within 2 years as I wanted a 2015 Elantra vs the 2013 Elantra I originally bought in March of 2013. I first started having Thom I am on my 2nd hyundai within 2 years as I wanted a 2015 Elantra vs the 2013 Elantra I originally bought in March of 2013. I first started having Thomas as my service advisor, but once he quit my husband was already going through Mary who I decided to go through anytime I needed something done in service. Since day 1, Mary has exceeded any and all expectations of service with incredible, indescribable customer service. I never filled out the customer service surveys after each time I had service performed which I know I should but I don't. I honestly want to take the time now to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Mary for her continued, excellent service, She's amazing, she needs to be recognized by her managers, the entire staff at hyundai as well as the owner of this company for having such a team player that goes above and beyond every single day for her customers . I recently had an issue with my 2015 hyundai Elantra sport, my car was not accelerating from a complete stop. I dropped my car off on Monday, Mary kept my car until today, Sunday. The problem unfortunately was never found, but it was noted. I picked up my car, it was washed, vacuumed and filled with a half a tank of gas. Upon getting into my car, my car would not start, she within seconds called over a mechanic to check the battery, which he did. Within minutes Mary got me a new battery for my car and sent me on my way. I really hope that she gets the thank you's from the company on her excellent service she respectfully gives every day with a smile on her face, SHE'S AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you Mary More

I have never had to use it and thought I was shown by Karen my sales lady when I bought it. The roadside assistant said to me just by my Vin that I had no spare? then I get to the dealership and Ed and Tech made no effort to say did I want the spare on so I could look for a better price on a tire. Ed Johnson said they only had two types of tires for my car 2014 Elantra GT. I had to get to work really didn't want to pay that price but had to get going so I had no choice. Now I had the worst experience explaining to him that he basically up-charged me 15% from Tire rack prices or anyone else s price and he said that was wrong. Then he showed me out to my car and said I could go get it out of the bay, I said no the tech can bring it to me, like the other service guys have always brought it out to me. Real rude and bad service. The tech working on my car John Llanto said he needed to make sure the tire pressure sensor was not coming back on. This manager Ed is terrible and the service I received today is terrible. I do not recommend this place when it comes down to the Hyundai Assurance. I have only one good experience with Mr. Roach and that was it, and that was an oil change. More
