We had an urgent situation that prevented us from driving our car safely. Mary answered the phone and set up an appointment for us right away. We had previously worked with another service department that did not provide such quality service. Mary even came out to check on us and give us updates. I can't say enough good things about my most recent visit. I've never had a "bad" visit in the four years since purchasing my car but this last visit was off the charts. Mary was kind enough to answ visit. I've never had a "bad" visit in the four years since purchasing my car but this last visit was off the charts. Mary was kind enough to answer several questions over the phone, arranged for me to come at my convenience (after 5pm!!!) to have the car looked at, scheduled the necessary work to be done (again at my convenience) and coordinated a loaner car since the repairs were going to take some time. She kept me updated by phone and even called me on her day off to update me. To top it all off, it was all covered under "America's best warranty"!!! I've never gotten my money's worth out of warranties with other items but this car has never cost me a dime other than normal routine maintenance costs. Who would buy anything else??? Not me, not ever. My very first car I ever purchased was a Hyundai back in 1988 and I will never drive anything else again. I've convinced two neighbors, one sister and one ex-husband to buy Hyundais and I'll continue to spread the word. More
The service I receive is excellent. However, I am disappointed with the tire wear of the tires. With 71,000 miles on the car, I am on the third set of tires. Both times I brought the car in for service I was well taken care of by Jerry Chausse my car was towed in 10pm and was done on time for my shift the next day, he was so friendly, expedient, efficient, knowledgeable! And Mary Kezemides took care of my cars oil change she was also all of the above and such a pleasure to deal with! I love my 2013 Hyundai Elantre and the Quality Customer Care before, during and After the sale! This dealership doesn't just sign and forget about you they take good care of you after you sign they want you to be happy! What an amazing group of people! A car is one of the most important purchases you will make in your lifetime it's so important to go thru the right people. I have never referred car dealerships/ salesmen before because i know what happens people get ripped off or the customer service is inconsistent so good chance they may not get good service the atmosphere is like a shark pool or a vultures nest! its awful then they don't take of you after your sale it comes back on you when you refer someone then they get treated poorly.. However, Hyundai New Port Richey is not like that they are so amazing i feel confident and comfortable referring them because I know that everyone I send in there.. they will be taken care of! They are consistent w/ providing the very best customer service. I will not go anywhere else! The cars are beautiful, good quality, reasonably priced! the sales people and managers there are Amazing they have the highest customer service standards! I highly recommend this dealership! More
