This is my 2nd Hyundai Sonata. Since purchasing my vehicles and bringing my cars in for maintenance I've had nothing but great service. The staff I have dealt with, JV, Jeff Beatty and sales: Bill Par vehicles and bringing my cars in for maintenance I've had nothing but great service. The staff I have dealt with, JV, Jeff Beatty and sales: Bill Parentau went above and beyond during the Tropical Storm Debbie debacle. I don't like forced write ups. You do ggood work on my car, if it was bad I would blast the dealership. I usually work with Jeff Beatty and get excellent service but on this trip I worked with Megan. She dit equalyy well in provideing excellent service. My one grip is the literature rack in front of the show room is , "frankly sucks." Not updated with the most current information about the 2013 cars. I do my shopping by reading, at least you could do is have up-dated materials in the show room. I don't like salersmen to be used just for information 'pour out' because most of them don't even read you written materials AND THEN GIVE INCORRECT INFORMATION. WANT MORE? THE WHOLE SHOWROOM IS NOW USED FOR AWAITING AREA. THERE IS NO PRIVACY FOR WORKING A DEAL BY EITHER THE SALESPERSON OR FOR THER BUYER. "Comeon man" spend some money and build a bigger dealership if not on thisa corner then somewhere else on US 19. I like your products so is you move I'll follow. Maybe even move the service on all cars up to the new 'used car lot'. Surely you have more room to accomodate sales and service comfortably. I don't like people listing to my conversations while I am making a deal. Want more! I'll start 'nit picking' if I write more. More

I really don't have too much to say about the dealership, I've only been there a few times, each time I've been there I was treated very well, the service dept. is very responsive, I was greeted very nicely I've only been there a few times, each time I've been there I was treated very well, the service dept. is very responsive, I was greeted very nicely & promptly, so far I have no regrets purchasing a Hyundai or any complaints with the services provided. I did get a flat 3 days after taking delivery of the vehicle, I used the "Fix-a-flat" canister that came with the car (did not work due to location of puncture)I brought the vehicle to the dealership, & they replaced the tire under my road hazard protection plan. The wheel did scratched when they replaced the tire though. I am still VERY SATISFIED with the ENTIRE Dealership, everyone that I've dealt with there (from sales to financing to service) has been a fantastic experience. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service, & purchase another vehicle there when I'm in need of one. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Greg Damianakes More
