I have always been treated great every time I've come in for service and one warranty call. I was especially pleased when I received a refund which I had not expected and there was no way that I would have for service and one warranty call. When I recently brought my car in for it's regular maintenance, the service area was positively swamped with cars. I just knew that I was going to spend my whole after noon waiting for my car to be fi maintenance, the service area was positively swamped with cars. I just knew that I was going to spend my whole after noon waiting for my car to be finished but boy was I wrong. Despite being extremely busy, the service people had my car in and out in 45 minutes from the time of me dropping it off to the time of me climbing back in to drive away. And on top of it, all the employees at Hyundai of NPR were extremely friendly and helpful. I am SO happy I bought my car from Hyundai of NPR, from the extremely helpful and gracious salesman Graham Pearce to the unbelievable service I get whenever I come back. Went to dealer for a high level brake light which came under warranty and the service dept rep came looking for me with cabin filter in hand saying it needed to be replaced and wanted an extortionate fee under warranty and the service dept rep came looking for me with cabin filter in hand saying it needed to be replaced and wanted an extortionate fee for putting a new one in, oh yes and it also needed to have the wheel alignment done even though the car was driving just fine, I only ever had the car serviced at this dealer once, after that time I went elsewhere because of the time waiting to get any work done. All this on top of paying new car price for a car that was delivered to the showroom with 700 miles on it. More

I have always been able to get a service appointment that is convenient for me. I never wait after pulling up outside the service area, in fact, someone usually comes up to greet me. The service writer goes over what needs to be done and any charges involved and how long it should take to complete the service needed and where the waiting area is located and that they would come and get me when the service is done. The waiting area is great, there is always a current newspaper available, along with coffee or pop corn for a snack, sometimes cookies too! The TV is always on and there is a room to even amuse the kids. I would say someone really thought out the process of what the customer needs might be when visiting the dealership. Oh, I forgot to mention, the place is always clean and well maintained. More
