I was 'pissed'. I arrived a little early for a 11:30am appt for a simple 12M oil change. Unfortunately, I did not get out of there until almost 2 1/2 hours later and I arrived a little early for a 11:30am appt for a simple 12M oil change. Unfortunately, I did not get out of there until almost 2 1/2 hours later and was somewhat placated by Roxanne's TLC and the "no charge" decision by the service dept mgr. An explanation of the reason(s) for the delay would have gone a long way to helping me to keep my 'cool!' More
