$50 appointment turned into $500 worth of problems After scheduling maintenance for my '18 Tucson with less than 17k miles my $50 Spring Special appointment went to $139, ok cool. Of course I want to After scheduling maintenance for my '18 Tucson with less than 17k miles my $50 Spring Special appointment went to $139, ok cool. Of course I want to keep my vehicle in as pristine condition as possible and make sure I do the key requirements to keep my warranty in tack. Then, after a while had passed, my name was called so, I said goodbye to my fellow waiting room conversationalists. When I arrived to the counter all ready to pay for my $139+tax for the services...BOOM, I was told there were numerous problems with the main components of the engine and steering. I don't understand how none of these items were caught previously, as this is the only servicing facility I use; and I'm current on the maintenance schedule. I believe the visit was a total rip-off. How is this supposedly, 'one of the lowest cost vehicles to own' It appears after your free oil changes are up, you have to make up for the previous visits in the visit when there is an out of pocket cost for maintenance. I will be calling the manufacturer to find out where else I can receive service to maintain my warranty. I don't believe there is any reason for every single thing that was an issue to have l occurred since the last oil change. It would have been different if I had any type of forewarning. If I am incorrect, I apologize to the service facility for not buying a better vehicle, from a different manufacturer. More

Hey Salesboys: I seen you talk down to female admins at Reception. I see you ignore EVERY person in the Service waiting lobby. You do realize every person sitting there will always remember the face of the salesperson and the finance person who SOLD them, right? Mary doesn't forget a face. Your Service Dept has lapped your sales crew. They leave alot to be desired. Love my car, love the service dept. Dont love your front-of-the-house!!!! More
