At times I will hear people say they dread dealing with automotive sales people. Well I am hear to say there is not a chance one would feel this way, if they did business with Lucas Duran at Terry Lee Hyun automotive sales people. Well I am hear to say there is not a chance one would feel this way, if they did business with Lucas Duran at Terry Lee Hyundai. He is professional in a non-stuffy way, pleasant and personable. He puts his client's interests first. He clearly answers all questions and does take time to explain procedures. The same goes for the financial side of Terry Lee Hyundai, Stephanie was pleasant and professional, yet relaxed, despite her very busy day. She was efficient and answered all questions. I try to get a car online thinking it would be easier specially after reviewing their rating, unfortunately is not a great experience at all. Very hard to communicate and they have service contract fee a specially after reviewing their rating, unfortunately is not a great experience at all. Very hard to communicate and they have service contract fee and polysteel added to your total price even though you decline to have it. Oh! One more thing, they ask you to send your paystub before they even give your ratings and paper work to look at what your financing look like. Just letting y’all know. Good luck! More
The worst experience ever with this location. We brought our car on March 02,2022 for oil change and maintenance check, requesting also from the advisor to check for a noise we were hearing from We brought our car on March 02,2022 for oil change and maintenance check, requesting also from the advisor to check for a noise we were hearing from the car. after 2 hours and more time in there, they came back saying they changed the oil but didn’t had time to check the noise. We immediately scheduled an appointment for next week early morning, with the goal to find and figure out the noise, have an estimation value to fix it android the timeframe the car would stay in the service. They kept the car for 2 hours and 30 minutes with no communication at all on what was going on. We needed to leave to pick up the kids from the school and requested the car back to leave and come another day. They were giving 0 information to my husband about the car. They also had deactivated the inside camera of our car during the entire time in the service. My husband was continuing to ask for the car and the advisor told him the car was located in another service location. On top of that, the bill we paid was $135 for an inspection/ diagnosis ???!!! This amount was not declared / stated in the estimation invoice at all. How this can happen when we clearly said to the advisor since in the beginning that we needed to only figure out the issue of the noise before deciding to do any work on it. And they did not do any work on it!! The worst service ever ! Lack of communication, lack of transparency and clearly charging us for a non performing service at all. They used the situation that my husband did not had a good understanding of English language and made his sign papers that he was not understanding at all, using his trust. We have been their customer since 2019 when we first purchased our car in their dealership. In addition, a complete incompetent response from the service manager as well after informed him about the situation with his employee. This is the last time we go to this location. It was a very bad experience! Shame on the “service” provided from this advisor! More

As most of us in the new car market know or have experienced, it is a bit more challenging to find our specific vehicle anywhere. Especially when it comes to the 2022 GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige. Thankfully, Terry Lee had our specific vehicle on order and while it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, Peyton kept us up to date on delivery updates. Additionally, the Dealership never deviated from MSRP list price from the time of order in October of 2021. Would recommend that if you are ever in the Indianapolis area, stop by this dealership and introduce yourself to the professional staff at Terry Lee Genesis. More
