Unacceptable and unaccountable My brother had his engine replaced due to a recall in November last year. The engine blew due to a radiator hose not being attached correctly by the d My brother had his engine replaced due to a recall in November last year. The engine blew due to a radiator hose not being attached correctly by the dealership in charlotte. The car started over heating once back in Charleston so the car wasn’t brought to Thisbe location. They attached the hose but didn’t check the engine to be sure it was okay. The engine blew again and now the Charleston location has had his car for over a week and hasn’t given him any updates nor a rental car while they workout whether Charleston or Charlotte will be responsible. No telling how long it will take to actually get the engine replaced. Management at the dealahip blocked our Facebook comment and reported us as spam so others could not see it. This is absurd that i am having to pay the price for a corporate recall and neglihence from both dealerships. I’m havig to borrow friends cars to work, which requires me driving all over town. They haven’t even started repairs on my car so no telling how long this will take. I will never buy a car from them again and will not be using them for a service after this. More
