Poor customer service I had a 10am appointment and that just got my car inside. I was there for 2 1/2 hours getting my oil changed. Barbara was suppose to order a new tir I had a 10am appointment and that just got my car inside. I was there for 2 1/2 hours getting my oil changed. Barbara was suppose to order a new tire and visor for my car and then call me when they were in. She never called. I called today to schedule another appointment only to find out that the visor and tire were never ordered. I asked Mike in the parts department to make sure they were ordered. Barbara called back to give me the prices and left a voice mail. I returned her phone call, but haven't heard back and I hope I never do. I would prefer to deal with someone else or take my business elsewhere. Barbara wants to charge me for the defective visor, but Craig and Ashley told me these were covered in my warranty. I've always had a great experience until now. More
