Best experience I could have imagined buying a car! I initially drove up Tuesday night on a whim and started looking at some cars. I was very nervous since I had never bought a car before, but after being greeted by Scott, I was immediately at ease. I told him how much I wanted to spend and pay each month, and was shown exactly what was in my price range. I test drove a couple options, was helped by Daron when Scott had to take care of another customer for a minute; really liked a Sonata but wasn't ready to make a final decision. After keeping Scott, Daron, and Steve past their shift hours, I decided to wait another day to decide. Never once did they make me feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable! Stopped by tonight after work to meet with Scott (who was technically off today), sat down, received the exact payment options I was comfortable with (no secret add-ons or gimmicks), and put pen to paper. Scott even brought in some material for me to look over for my upcoming wedding, as his daughter just got married! I cannot express how thankful, happy, and excited I am that this was my first car buying experience!! Thank you so much for the family atmosphere and for making me so at ease! Scott, Steve, and Daron definitely gave me world class service and Scott's personal attitude is what brought me back to buy instead of going other places to keep looking! More

Cindy Martin feels nothing for the concern for the customer She was rude and cut me off then proceeded to tell me my 3 potentially dangerous life threatening recalls are hypothetical until my car is looked at.. So thank you so much Cindy for not caring about fellow humans. You are what's wrong with the world! Horrible experience. Unpleasant atmosphere and employees Had a 3pm appointment and was not attended to until 10 minutes past my appointment time. Then, waited another 20 minutes to have issue reviewed by par Had a 3pm appointment and was not attended to until 10 minutes past my appointment time. Then, waited another 20 minutes to have issue reviewed by parts employee, Adam. He answered my questions promptly once he did arrive. Quote was 300 over competitor so I left. If that was all that happened there would be nothing else to write. During my total of a half hour wait time, Barbara Batista, potentially one of the most miserable human beings I have encountered, talked down to several customers, turned one customer away because she "needed a second" to herself, and then argued with yet another customer. The overall atmosphere was tense and made my wait time even less pleasant. Jamie did check on me once he saw I had waited about 20 minutes in. I saw three customers walk out with no resolution to their problems and multiple walk out angry and frustrated by how they were treated. It was as if the customers were seen as a total nuisance and bother. Absolutely 0 customer service. I am just glad I was not also in Ms. Battistas line. Too bad there was only one other line open - as the third station was left unmanned after a customer approached the employee who said he was starved and needed a hamburger before walking away with no further direction. Who is teaching these service employees to "serve" the customers? I will be looking into any possible way I may be able to cancel my service contract just to stay far away from here. I went to a competitor afterward and it was like night and day- I had all my questions answered, problem resolved promptly, and the employees knew how to respectfully converse with their customers. I was wondering why the west Ashley location closed - it was certainly not kept open due to the quality of "customer service" provided. Everyone has bad days, I hope whatever is going on with Ms battista is resolved because she really did seem very miserable. The center in general was unorganized and obviously managed inefficiently. More
Poor customer service and charged unnecessarily I took my 2011 Hyundai Accent in after I discovered that there was a recall on stop lamp switch that my my brake lights to not work. I was informed by a rude customer service agent, Malvern Holmes after about 1 1/2 hours, that all three brake bulbs needed to be replaced ($49.62) and there there were possible other issues, requiring a $125.00 diagnostic fee charge. Against my better judgement, I paid for the bulb replacement but not the diagnostic fee. After I get home, I discover that my right turn signal is now not working!!!! While I was there. another female customer, in for a recall issue, was informed that she needed a $125.00 diagnostic fee as well. I should have realized at that moment that this place was a scam, but there are no there are no other Hyundai dealers in the area. I will drive the distance to another dealer, if necessary. More
