Great Service Advisor I made an appointment for Saturday the 27th of May to have a tire replaced. Had received a call on Thursday 25th to let me know my tire was in. I made the appointment with the person that called me. When I arrived on Saturday morning for my 10:15 appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule. Won't go into my Tuesday and Wednesday conversations with service. Needless to say I was very upset. Will Nolan, the service advisor, despite my losing my cool, went above and beyond to take care of my situation. He was calm, kind, and assuring. I did not feel pressured at all by Patrick; in fact, he was patient with me as I asked to test drive several cars not once but twice, sometimes even three times, each. Patrick was very friendly, easy going (which, in turn, put me to ease), professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Likewise, all who assisted in the process when I decided to purchase the car were very helpful. I was also very impressed with the follow up after the purchase.
