Excellent customer service! I went to this dealership with the hopes of getting my car into the service department immediately. Getting immediate attention from the service departmnet was no problem, so I decided to kill some time looking at cars. I met up with used car salesman Patrick Kronski and did a few test drives. Sometimes, love is at first sight. I fell deeply and quickly in love with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. She has plenty of leg room, very low miles, is Certified PreOwned, has tons left on her warranty and rides like a dream! Did I mention the leather? Or that even the back seats have warmers? Patrick was an excellent sales person. No pressure, knowledgeable and great attitude. However, I have high expectations! Did all the above make me write this review? Nope. I bought that car almost a month ago. However, tonight when I was getting worried because I hadn't gotten my payment booklet yet, I called Patrick's cell just to see if this was normal. There was no answer so I called the front desk at Hyundai North to see if a finance person could help but was referred to an 800# instead (its late and the person I needed had gone home for the day). I put my info in at the 800# and learned that I was in their system, that I could make a payment or do anything else necessary on a car loan. I breathed a sigh of relief and hung up. Within a few minutes, my phone was ringing... it was Patrick just wanting to make sure everything was OK. How impressive! I explained why I called and that everything was fine. He told me to call him for anything I need, even if it's a year from now. That is giving OUTSTANDING customer experience! More
