Buying a Car Made Easy I was very pleased with the experience of replacing my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was not sure whether I wanted a car or SUV. Phil was very patient an I was very pleased with the experience of replacing my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was not sure whether I wanted a car or SUV. Phil was very patient and never pressured me one way or another. After driving both a car and SUV and discussing it at length, I got the SUV that I thought I could not afford. Paul and Phil both made the experience easy. I feel that Phil went the extra mile while I was trying to decide what I was going to buy. I appreciated being talked to as an equal and not as if I were a "stupid woman". I drove my new vehicle home knowing that I not only got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but confident that I will be able to call on this dealership and Phil if I have any problems.
