Buying a Car Made Easy I was very pleased with the experience of replacing my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was not sure whether I wanted a car or SUV. Phil was very patient an I was very pleased with the experience of replacing my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was not sure whether I wanted a car or SUV. Phil was very patient and never pressured me one way or another. After driving both a car and SUV and discussing it at length, I got the SUV that I thought I could not afford. Paul and Phil both made the experience easy. I feel that Phil went the extra mile while I was trying to decide what I was going to buy. I appreciated being talked to as an equal and not as if I were a "stupid woman". I drove my new vehicle home knowing that I not only got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but confident that I will be able to call on this dealership and Phil if I have any problems. Mario is a great salesman! After shopping for a Hyundai at a different location and being jerked around on pricing, we went online and found the car we wanted and contacted Hend After shopping for a Hyundai at a different location and being jerked around on pricing, we went online and found the car we wanted and contacted Hendrick Hyundai North. Mario got back to us and we negotiated a good price with him online and via phone. The next day we drove to the dealership but he told us that the car we wanted had been sold the night before. However, he showed us the same Sonata in a slightly darker silver color than the one we wanted-and we liked it better. Took a test drive, loved it, bought it with almost no hassle. The price was the one he quoted us the night before-no surprises like we experienced at the other dealership. Mario explained everything thoroughly, was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. He took the time to show us how to install our bluetooth phones, our tablets so we could use Audible, and was very patient and helpful. He made buying this car (and I hate buying cars) a pleasant and positive experience. Kudos, Mario! They better hold on to you-you're quite an asset to the dealership. More

Excellent I appreciate all person ' s that work with me . I can't remember all their names. One worked in Finance ( He was very helpful), and another in the fro I appreciate all person ' s that work with me . I can't remember all their names. One worked in Finance ( He was very helpful), and another in the front office and especially the judge . These men were excellent in assisting my need in getting my Elanta .
