Mario is a great salesman! After shopping for a Hyundai at a different location and being jerked around on pricing, we went online and found the car we wanted and contacted Hend After shopping for a Hyundai at a different location and being jerked around on pricing, we went online and found the car we wanted and contacted Hendrick Hyundai North. Mario got back to us and we negotiated a good price with him online and via phone. The next day we drove to the dealership but he told us that the car we wanted had been sold the night before. However, he showed us the same Sonata in a slightly darker silver color than the one we wanted-and we liked it better. Took a test drive, loved it, bought it with almost no hassle. The price was the one he quoted us the night before-no surprises like we experienced at the other dealership. Mario explained everything thoroughly, was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. He took the time to show us how to install our bluetooth phones, our tablets so we could use Audible, and was very patient and helpful. He made buying this car (and I hate buying cars) a pleasant and positive experience. Kudos, Mario! They better hold on to you-you're quite an asset to the dealership. More
