Blessed experience I had a wonderful experience. I am a displaced customer due to the flood and did not intend on purchasing a vehicle but I came in for help with the ga I had a wonderful experience. My Review Mark worked with my wife and myself knowing we were not going to buy the first day we stopped. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, took his time and let us look at all of the cars we wanted to see, He got keys so we could see the interiors of all the cars. I am in sales and I felt like Mark was very professional and never put any pressure on us at any point. I came back several days latter and ask for him. The team worked with me to get me where I needed to be to get the car I really wanted. Roberta worked with me on the financing. She explaned all the different programs offered by the dealership but at no time did she pressure me into anything that I did not want. My overall experience was very good and I was very satisfied. I will definately recommend all my friends to go to Hendrick Hyundai to buy a car. More

Will spoke directly with the Business Manager, Brian, who came out and greeted us and offered us the best price for the vehicle which was our budgeted amount. There was NO HAGGLING back & forth on pricing and we were still able to enjoy our day as we were only at the dealership a couple of hours in total! We will refer to these 2 gentleman! More
