Originally my wife and i were only planning to trade in her 2007 Toyota Rav 4 for a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T, but after my experiences with the staff and a couple of test drives with the car, plus th her 2007 Toyota Rav 4 for a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T, but after my experiences with the staff and a couple of test drives with the car, plus the great deal we were presented with, I decided that I too would trade-in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited and get the same exact car configuration (in a different color). The staff were very friendly, forecoming, and presented all the options in a non-pressured way that allowed us to make the decision we were faced with. In the end we loved the cards and we were very pleased with the dealership and the staff we worked with. We have already recommended the dealership to a couple of friends who were interested in the same car(s) we purchased and made sure to told them to reach to either Shawn or Dave, because of the wonderful dealings we had with them. It was scorching hot outside, but I never felt rushed and was able to test drive a few cars while also viewing others to ensure I found THE ONE. I have purchased 3 cars from the Hendrick Hyundai North location, one used and now two new, and I have to say that this was the best visit yet. The entire process from the time I entered the location until the time I left in my brand new Hyundai Sonata literally took only about 3-4 hours.
