Having searched the internet for over three months, I found the perfect used car at Hendrick Hyundai North Charleston. More importantly, I found Felicia and Rocco, who made my quest a reality. They worked tirelessly on behalf of Hendrick and myself. Agreeing on the purchase Friday evening, we closed it the following Thursday. Driving from Miami, FL (nearly 600 miles)might seem out of the way, but not in this case. Not only did I get what I wanted, they made me feel good in the process. Arriving around 2:15 p.m., the car (2004 Mustang Cobra) was parked prominently in front of the dealership. My wife and I were greeted warmly by Rocco. Paperwork was complete and waiting for signatures. Soon after I met Felicia, what a lovely person. Subsequently we met Jerry and later Tommy. The financial aspects were second to none. The weather had changed from nice to cold and rainy, Rocco's special hot cup of coffee made it even more inviting. The next day we began our drive back to Florida. As the hours and miles past, my wife and I mused over the treatment we received at Hendrick Hyundai. The commitment to customer service by every Hendrick representative was unlike any we've ever experienced. Mind you, I had just purchased a used car. My impression is that regardless of that which a customer might purchase, they are all treated the same. I was notified of the car I was looking for via the net. Car was held for me for a couple of days till I could get to the dealership frm Conway. When I was ready to leave,he was unavailable as his manager sent him out n a demo for another customer. His associate pitched right in and showed my wife and I how to operate certain things. Troy did get back in time to finish up. All in all, I was very pleased with The sales staff and the dealership. Compared to what I see in Myrtle Beach/Conway It's a class operation. The closing part of the operation took too long due to negotiation on extended warranty pricing. Wish they'd given me the final offer first as it would have saved some time, but that's part of the negotiation process. On the plus side, they got me better financing than my credit union. More

Bernie was very pleasant to work with. He allowed me to come and look at cars with no pressure to buy. When I did buy, he negotiated a fair price for my new Sonata and a good trade in value for my old car come and look at cars with no pressure to buy. Shon went out of his way to help us transer a car and even though we ended up not purchasing that vehicle, he stuck with us and helped us find the right car. We found a slightly used Sonata and then worked with Tony in the finance department. Tony was fantastic! He worked with us until we were completely happy with every aspect of the financing and the optional protection programs we purchased. He was very easy to work with and obviously knowledgable about the industry. The car buying process is not fun, but everyone at Hendrick Hyundai North made it as painless as I think it could ever be. I will definitely be back in the future and I will recommend them to my friends. We are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased--we feel it was a great value! More

From past experiences purchasing new vehicles has been somewhat of a nightmare not a pleasurable experience as you would expect. Bob Flynn (new member of the Hyundai Team) greeted us in a friendly manner and listened to what it was we were looking for. Unfortunately, the model we were interested in was not available for a test drive but we went out in the next 'best one' that was. On our return to the dealership we were introduced to Troy White who was working alongside Bob Flynn. A test drive of the vehicle we were interested in was arranged for the next day. After the drive it was decided that would be the car! The exact model color was not available and we were prepared to wait if one could be found. Bob, Troy and other members of the dealership went to extraodinary lengths to find the car we wanted. At no time did they try and persuade us to move in a different direction. After 3 days a car was located and delivered to the dealership. Bob and Troy both worked hard to get us what we wanted and within our budget. Thanks guys. A great experience anlongside a great car.
