So excited about my new (used) car purchase!! :) It was such a pleasure to work with Rocco during the process. He was super friendly and made me feel more than comfortable about my purchase. He wasn't "pushy" at all and that's ultimately the reason I chose to buy a car at this dealership. I went to other dealerships before coming here and dealing with the sales people was a complete turn-off because of their "pushy" approach. Rocco seemed to genuinely care about what I liked, what would work for me and my family and did an excellent job in finding the perfect car for me! I am super picky so I know this wasn’t an easy task; Rocco didn’t care at all, he took the time and made the effort! :) The financing department was also wonderful! When I walked on the lot no one knew that I had spent the last 2 years with tears in my eyes. First no air conditioning, and later no heat. My children and I would ride with sweat running down our faces by last 2 years with tears in my eyes. First no air conditioning, and later no heat. My children and I would ride with sweat running down our faces by the time we reached our destination. My children and I would wear extra items to be warm in the winter. When I went to another dealer and told him I was looking for an entry level car, safe, heat and air less than $15,000. That person put me in one of their most expensive car. I was so angry. I gave up. Then one day I decided to try again: Troy greeted me and allowed me to express my needs. He reassured me that he will assist me in anyway possible. He understood that I needed to restart my life and rebuild my credit. He treated me like I was a part of his personal family. I was approved!!! I admit I wasn't sold on a Hyundai before I went to this dealership. I really thought we would rule it out and then head over to Honda. But the price and the warranty made my husband and I want to investiga dealership. I really thought we would rule it out and then head over to Honda. Our sales person, Sandy Taylor, was both professional and knowledgeable. On top of that she wasn't pushy. Tony Sporevo was another person we thought deserved kudos. Really, the entire crew was great.
