Crazily, I had never purchased a car on my own and listening to other's experiences made nervous. I began to look and was somewhat uncertain that I could get help. I had seen the Rick Hendricks commercials and driven by them several times. However, my confidence lacked because of my circumstances and so, I did not stop. Things were a little different a month ago and considering everything that I was faced with; I had to at least try, so I step out on faith. It was early morning and I did not even think the dealership was open. However, as soon as I got out of the car a sweet woman came out to welcome me. She introduced herself and said her name was Courtney Bridges. She was quite pleasant, sweet, and professional and she catered to me very well. She was neither pushy nor aggressive in anyway but, informative. I was somewhat impressed because this little lady knew her stuff about cars. When I explained my ordeal about never owning a car she was sympathetic and explained their process. She then helped me get over my “first time buyers-I don’t think I qualify fears” and gently ‘encouraged’ me to at least try. I sat down with her and she was completely thorough in explaining every little detail and why. Then I was taken over to finance and introduced to a gentleman by the name of Tommy Haskell. I can’t begin to testify and tell you the amount of time, effort and care Mr. Haskell spent in helping me. They really wanted to help me! It was amazing watching them work hard to put me in a car liked. After much hard work and dedication from Hendrick Hyundai North, I am now the proud owner of my first vehicle. Yea!!!!! Can we say thank you God! It is truly mine by his grace and Hendrick Hyundai's awesome dedicated team. ”Yes! We usally get sales people who will say anything they think will sell the car. Having done some research on the Sonata, we found Courtney to be well educated on the car and it's safety ratings etc.......... We couldn't have had a nicer experience. More

One of the best car buying experiences ever. Salesman Rocco Versace was straight forward and easy to deal with as was the rest of the staff that we encountered. This is my second car buying experience with Hendrick Hyundai. My first experience went so smooth; I actually walked out asking myself, did I really just buy a car! She originally went to another dealer to purchase a car. After a lot of promises and a great deal of deception, I took her Hendrick Hyundai. We were greeted on the lot by Bernie Boettcher. I explained to Bernie the horrible experience my daughter had gone through at another dealership. He assured us that would not be the case with him or anyone at Herndrick. Bernie was certainly true to his word! He gave my daughter a list of cars to look at on their website and set up a time for us to come back the following day. When we returned the next day, Bernie was there to greet us like an old friend! He spent the entire day making sure my daughter would leave there in her new car.(Used car, but new to he) Not once did he try to put her in something that she could not afford!! After she decides on her car, Jerry Page went to work, doing his magic! Jerry spent the entire afternoon working on getting my daughter the right financing. He wanted to make sure my daughter had the right car payment for her budget! I can't say enough about the TEAM at Hendrick Hyundai! Where to start, I'm a 19 year old in the United States Navy with very little if any at all credit history and since I'm graduation from C-School I wanted to get something nice perhaps a little over the to Navy with very little if any at all credit history and since I'm graduation from C-School I wanted to get something nice perhaps a little over the top for my first car. So I decided to get a new Hyundai Genesis Coup 2.0T. Well as most people can imagine that is not a cheap car at all, especially considering my age and my credit history. The cool thing was is that Bernie heard what I had to say about what I wanted and instead of pushing me into a car that was more affordable and almost a done deal, he actually called in a few favors from the finance department and told me about a couple deals that they had going for military personnel and collage graduates which saved me some money on the front end of the deal as well as the back end with the interest rate. All in all between the General Sales Manager Sal, Tommy in the finance department and finally the person who I guess you could say orchestrated it all, Bernie, the salesperson, got the job done through Hyundai Finance. I am extremely grateful to all parties involved including a couple that were not mentioned here and to them a huge thank you. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends as well as people who I may barely know. This dealership worked with what I wanted and what I had available, and never tried to down sell me to get an easier deal and they were straight up with what I needed to do to get the car that I wanted.
