If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I dropped my car off on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 8am, for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I also informed the service advisor that a warning message kept appearing on the instrument cluster. I was told the vehicle would need a full diagnostic, which could take a day or two. That was not the issue. The real issue is that my car was never touched. It sat in the exact same spot where I left it, blocked in by two other vehicles, from Friday through Monday. No oil change. No tire rotation. No diagnostic. Nothing. To make matters worse, I was not offered a loaner vehicle while my car sat untouched for days. Had someone simply been honest with me from the beginning and explained that they would not be able to get to my vehicle, I would have made other arrangements and paid for my own rental car. Instead, I was left without transportation, assuming my vehicle was being worked on when it clearly wasn't. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and respect for my time. If the shop was backed up, be honest. If the diagnostic couldn't be started right away, at least perform the basic maintenance I scheduled or tell me you couldn't get to it. Instead, my vehicle sat untouched for days while I was left believing progress was being made. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Keeping a customer's vehicle for days without performing even the most basic scheduled maintenance shows a serious lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, and they failed to do even the minimum. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here for service. If you value your time, expect honest communication, and want your vehicle to actually be worked on, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
