It was very good. Rod was on top of every thing and he made sure to inform me. He complied to what I wanted done, no more and no less. There are two things I didn't like and one was the fact that they no longer wash the cars which is one of the reasons I like to go there and the other was the fact that I couldn't see the date on my 4 new tires. Rod went under the suv and it is 05/23, meaning that the tires was a little over 2 years. I could have waited I went some where else to buy tires and the same ones or better for that price. I did ask Rod to check the DOT for me put it was to late so that person told him that there still good. I am the one paying for them and I would have liked to see them. More

When asked in the app if I wanted to do the extra service items like change air filters, I said yes and waited two extra hours but the extra service was never done.
