Service department is supposed to do just that-service. It took 10+ calls to service to get a human being-rather than a message machine. That being said I have left 10+ messages for Santiago(original advisor) - I have yet to hear his voice. It is now 9 days since I took car in and have minimal information as to HOW LONG this repair is going to take. I mentioned earlier about my ownership of Hyundai vehicles. At least a dozen in my family, with I personally looking to purchase 2 more by end of year. If this is an indication of service repair then maybe my hard earned money should be spent elsewhere.
