I was called to bring my car in for a recall. I made an appointment at 8:15 and left the car. At 1pm they are calling me to come and pick up my car because they realized 5 hrs later that they don I made an appointment at 8:15 and left the car. At 1pm they are calling me to come and pick up my car because they realized 5 hrs later that they don’t have the part. So my car sat there in their lot for 5 hrs and nothing was done. They wasted my time and my time like yours is valuable. Take your car to another dealer. These people don’t care about wasting your time. More
My entire experience with this dealership leaves me cold. I had to insist on asking for the manager after waiting a month of calls emails and being stood up for my car to be fixed that was on recall. I spent hours at the dealership before I convinced the manger to do what was right. After a month calls not returned people in service not following through. No phones being answers call center promising to send my messages though none of this happened until I had it out with the service manager in person. Dawn in service was the only person that helped me. Car is fixed. I will drive to Davey next time. Done with this dealership !! Terrible help knowledge of what’s going on in the service dept. Manager helped me but not until I lost iron him!! Done with this location dealership . Terrible service and response time!! More
Poor handling of customers time. My wife went there for service. The recommending changing the tires. Took most of the day for the service and they told her to come next day for the My wife went there for service. The recommending changing the tires. She was told to come in next day for a 20 minutes replacing the tires at anytime. Next day the person that told her that was off and a very unfriendly employee told her they would try to get it done by 6:00pm with no guarantee (this was around noon time). She complained and this person disappeared, someone else told her they could not only finish by 6:00pm but also have it delivered to her work. They ended up wasting two days of my wife’s time and work. The last service was the same, I showed up on time for my appointment and they did not even take the car in for 2 hours. Why bother with appointments if you are going to take 2 hours to be ready to service the car? More
The dealer was nice and got me in without an appointment. Because of the lack of appointment, I was told that the wait would be about 3 to 3.5 hours. I was a little over two.
