THEY ARE THE WORST. We have had 6 new Genesis from Lehman since 2017. Every time we schedule valet service for our GV80 and GV80, they do not only not show up, but they We have had 6 new Genesis from Lehman since 2017. Every time we schedule valet service for our GV80 and GV80, they do not only not show up, but they do not have the decency to call ahead and warn us so as to not be stuck waiting for them. Then you call them wondering why the no show, and each time lame excuses or hang up the phone on you. The car came back dirty and was not washed. They have no loaners, contrary to what they tell you when you get the new cars. HORRIBLE DISGUSTING PEOPLE THAT JUST DO NOT CARE ONCE THE SALE IS MADE. More
I went to this location because my Hyundai Sonata won’t turn on. I went to go get a battery change, this service did NOT change my battery and still charged me the price of a “new” battery. It was not beca turn on. I went to go get a battery change, this service did NOT change my battery and still charged me the price of a “new” battery. It was not because of the battery, it was the starter that won’t turn on, so they took my car over the weekend with no car to use. THEY SHOULD OF HAVE DONE A Diagnosed to see the if it was the battery or starter to see which was the problem! Service was very bad and I’m never returning to this location ever again!! More
Professional, courteous, caring but some representatives needs up training, greeting customers and showing concerns, although I was there at 7am, 2nd in line. The gentleman was great he took the time to listen to my concern he set the appointment and the time and he was there and he took care of everything from the beginning to the end.
