I'm dissatisfied with this service. My a/c still doesn't work. I've been here five times to fix my a/c and every time it blows cold for about a week and then it blows hot again. Everytime I have to try to find a time to bring it back. In the mean time I have to drive around in a hot car. I'm tired, I just want my a/c fixed. I need my car to get to work. There’s no public transportation for me at the time I go to work. So now I have to inconvenience a coworker in order to make another attempt to fix this a/c. Why is it so hard to fix. More

THEY ARE THE WORST. We have had 6 new Genesis from Lehman since 2017. Then you call them wondering why the no show, and each time lame excuses or hang up the phone on you. The car came back dirty and was not washed. They have no loaners, contrary to what they tell you when you get the new cars. HORRIBLE DISGUSTING PEOPLE THAT JUST DO NOT CARE ONCE THE SALE IS MADE. More

I went to this location because my Hyundai Sonata won’t turn on. I went to go get a battery change, this service did NOT change my battery and still charged me the price of a “new” battery. It was not because of the battery, it was the starter that won’t turn on, so they took my car over the weekend with no car to use. THEY SHOULD OF HAVE DONE A Diagnosed to see the if it was the battery or starter to see which was the problem! Service was very bad and I’m never returning to this location ever again!! More
