On June 8th I brought my car in because the horn stopped working. 3 days you had the car, I called on the third day just to be told waiting on a part the horn, 00 there was also an oil change done which doe working. 3 days you had the car, I called on the third day just to be told waiting on a part the horn, 00 there was also an oil change done which doesn't take 3 days. That was June 8th after one week of not hearing anything. I called and was told the person who was dealing with my car will call me that same day. Nobody has called me. It's now June 28th 20 days later and I have not heard from you guys. I'm tired of giving one star reviews. This is the second time I've had a problem with getting service here the last time I just left. Any other Hyundai dealership I take the car to they always check to see if they have parts before they have me leave the car cuz there's no reason to keep my car for weeks just to replace a horn. And it's probably not the horn because the horn sometimes works and then it will stop working. And I had problems in the steering wheel with some of the buttons that will momentarily stop working the same time the horn did. The only difference is they started working again and the horn doesn't, not the first time this has happened. More

There has to be greater communication between the person who attends and the Mechanics, I said not to rotate my wheels and the mechanic did not read what the attendant wrote and even so he rotated and to fi who attends and the Mechanics, I said not to rotate my wheels and the mechanic did not read what the attendant wrote and even so he rotated and to fix the error I had to waste more time, I went just to change oil and filter and I waited 2 hours for the service to finish.
