This was the worst service I have ever received. I had an appointment on Wednesday they did not diagnosis my car until Thursday afternoon. When I gave them the approval to fix my car they said the part would not be in until the following Monday. I went down there Tuesday and was advised that the pry was not in the parts was on a delay. The manager he so many excuses. I asked him if he called any dealership from West Palm Beach to Homestead and ask if they had the part available instead of making a customer wait over a week to get their car fix. When I’m also paying for a rental. My car was not fixed until Friday evening. I go there Saturday morning to get my car at 11am and had to bring it back Saturday afternoon at 3pm because my car was still running hot (the initial problem) My car was not ready until the following Tuesday. I picked up my car and drive down the street to get gas. I turned my car off and when I went to turn it back on my car would not crank (can you say NIGHTMARE) They killed my battery. I drive my car from Miami Gardens, FL to Cape Coral FL (2 hour and 30 minutes drive) and got my battery changed. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW Lehman Hyundai to touch my car let alone my bicycle ever again. If they are understaffed they should tell customers like other service departments That they don’t have appointments available. More
