On 5/10/2022 at around 11:30am I dropped off vehicle for its first scheduled service. Oil & Filter change plus tire rotation. Also to have them check my alignment as this 2022 model also pulls to the right its first scheduled service. Oil & Filter change plus tire rotation. Also to have them check my alignment as this 2022 model also pulls to the right as the 2020 model I had before. And also that the steering wheel was not centered. Six hours later went to pick up the vehicle and was told that the services are complete and that the alignment issue was fixed. Got my paperwork and keys and went home. The vehicle was ok on the way home. A couple of days later drove it to Miami South on the Turnpike, once on the highway noticed that the vehicle is still pulling to the right and that the steering wheel is still not centered. I emailed the service advisor about it and have yet to hear from them. More
