careless. I needed a repair that did fall under warranty. When I left my car there, at least 5 business days had passed and was never contacted or notified to I needed a repair that did fall under warranty. When I left my car there, at least 5 business days had passed and was never contacted or notified to let me know that the part was back ordered, which I understand is out of their control but I had to call in a handful of times before I got or was offered a courtesy rental after my car had been in there possession for a week. Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced an issue with them either. I now only go there for warranty related fixes. More

Always more work then its worth to take my car here for warranty repairs .Always an issue .Mechanics always damage my car and then it has to be repaired from repair.Only good thing is service manager mike warranty repairs .Always an issue .Mechanics always damage my car and then it has to be repaired from repair.Only good thing is service manager mike trys to help and fix issues after the service department always messes up .was waiting til repair was finished to do this survey but it's been a month and I still have not had my car finished .Brought it back three times and still not done and cant ever get anyone to call me or return phone calls or follow up with work or time line .had more requests for survey then help from service department. Cristobal the the gentleman who helped us in service was outstanding. Explained to us everything we needed to get down gave us the price and even called us an Uber so we didn't have to wait at the dealershi outstanding.
