Unfortunately I couldn’t get reimbursed for the 2 weeks the dealership had my car while awaiting approval for me to receive a new engine. I received my car back functioning better (new engine was covered under warranty) but now I have an issue with my remote control working for the car and the driver side window glass button lost its spring or something and goes all the way down affecting the level of the window glass going immediately all the way down instead of in an incremental way. This dealership was, is okay but the employee is unprofessional. Because I did a oil change and them didn't put on the next service date on I didn't get my receipts and I call them and tell them, an unprofessional. Because I did a oil change and them didn't put on the next service date on I didn't get my receipts and I call them and tell them, and the person answered the phone tell me to come back when I get a chance I when back and speak to one of the worker in the service office and he gives me a copy of my receipt and said when the next service your car will tell you we don't do stickers no more. Then said to him yes that something new he said yes,I said so how you just printed stickers for the lady just leave. He said you got a 2021 that why,remind you though this is my third time doing oil change. The workers now is unprofessional. This is not the Lehman Hyundai I use to, and this is my second car I buy from Lehman Hyundai and i always do my service there.... He he would never talk to a man the way he talked to me and angle the situation like that. More
