This visit was nice. i was helped well. The last time I had a terrible visit. The gentlemen helped me the whole time I was there. He made sure I would come back. And I wil i was helped well. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and was told that I’d have to leave my car in for 24-48 hours. In doing so, I rented a car since I was informed that they will not offer a loaner vehicle. I told that I’d have to leave my car in for 24-48 hours. In doing so, I rented a car since I was informed that they will not offer a loaner vehicle. I called for an update within 24 hours and was told they’d call me as soon as there’s an update. The following day I received a call stating a piece within my AC needs to be replaced, but it’s not in stock and that it was ordered yesterday and should be delivered on 4/4-4/5 and I can pick up my vehicle if I prefer. This was incredibly upsetting as if I was called the day they knew I would have returned the rental vehicle that day. Further it’s currently 4/8 and I’ve yet to get a call, voicemail, text, or email regarding any update as to when I can take my car to be serviced. Terrible experience thus far. More
