Upon arrival I was greeted by a worker and asked the reason for my visit. Let then know I received a letter regarding recall issues with the car. I did not have an appointment but they gladly looked up reason for my visit. Let then know I received a letter regarding recall issues with the car. I did not have an appointment but they gladly looked up the recall information and advised me of on the procedures to get the service done. They took care of everything including getting me back home and picking me up the next day to retrieve my car. Awesome service. The workers were all pleasant. More

The service rep, Human was very courteous and professional. Waiting are not the best when compare to one of your competitors.
