Communication with customer is shoddy & the work is even worse. Never felt like I had to worry my 2010 Forester being safe to drive after maintenance until Dec 2021. Brought my 2010 Forester in for oil chan worse. Never felt like I had to worry my 2010 Forester being safe to drive after maintenance until Dec 2021. Brought my 2010 Forester in for oil change, headlight replacement, & windshield washer reserve replacement. I brought parts off Amazon & the headlight case needed 3 lights per case. Service advisor asked me if I wanted to buy lights from them & I said yes. They installed one (1) light per case, the main light, no turn signal, no running light. They missed putting back several black connector pins for the lights, the front bumper, & the black plastic piece that sits inside the engine compartment over the passenger side light. After I got them to reuse lights from my previous headlight case, driving home I could see the headlights needed adjusting & the replaced washer reservoir worked on the front windshield only, & not the back. Took it back to Lehman next day for lights adjustment & to be told the fluid tube for back window crumbled & couldn't be connected. My expectation is that the work that needed to be done was half complete, not quality checked, & there was poor communication with the service advisor to tell the customer (me). It took all day one day, and another hour the next day to get things sorted out. The other service people passing thru told me their best technician had worked on my car. That doesn't make the work that wasn't done complete or right. I will look for other places to service my Forester. I plan to.keep the car but don't need the Lehman dealership or service desk. More
These dealer is dishonest, Helio Gusmao was very underhanded, showed us a price that we agreed upon then when my trade in came in too low and I gave him my CarMax estimate they brought the price of underhanded, showed us a price that we agreed upon then when my trade in came in too low and I gave him my CarMax estimate they brought the price of my trade in higher, however they added over 10K to the original price. I have been buying cars here for over 20 years, my brother and my mother both ask me to buy their cars and I have bought them here. I will never do business with them ever again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LEHMAN, THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!! More
