I have not been pleased with this dealership. Very difficult to be connected with service over the phone; messages are not returned. I had my car picked up for service since I was told that they are no longer giving loaner cars if you have a Hyundai Genesis; only Genesis gets loaners. Then I learn that I can't use my service writer anymore because the driver who picked up the car will be my service writer. He was not experienced and was difficult to communicate with. I could not get a straight answer regarding what my 30,000 mile service should include. Their manual showed a price of $329 for the Hyundai Genesis 30K service; but I was told that the 30K required other services, for a total of around $800-900. It seemed like they were trying to include as many service items as I would agree to. When my car was dropped off, the driver was rude because he didn't seem to like that I had a coupon and a credit balance that I wanted to be applied. I would like to say that this was a one time occurrence; however, I have had multiple issues with the service department since I've had the car. More
I moved from Rick Case Hyundai to Lehman initially because of the Service Dept. Which by the way has been very good with my Genesis 2020. The dealer as such I have found the customer attention is very good. Many salesmen(and women) who are ready to help as soon as you step out of your car. Kevin Rodriguez who took care of me last Saturday, did a great job, because I was not ready to make a deal and he was very patient and insisted in getting the deal. He satisfied 95% of my requirements and the deal came through. My only observation is that they could improve their place and make it look nicer and offer at least a good coffee or sodas as amenities to their customers. They move Lots of people and should at least offer a good coffee. But very good attention and great effort to make sure clients get the business deal and walk out with a new car. More
