To whom it may concern my name is Theresa redwine Sims I took my car in during November 6 2021 to get it serviced. the problem was solved but two days later the car started shaking I called the dealership f took my car in during November 6 2021 to get it serviced. the problem was solved but two days later the car started shaking I called the dealership five times to get someone to call me back to bring in the car I spoke to the customer service person and she told me someone's going to call me back to bring the car in no one ever called me back I called five times I left five messages and this is the worst that I ever had service at the Hyundai dealership I had my car for 9 years and all this time I took my car for services I never had a problem. This is the worst experience!!! thank you More

Honestly I'm not satisfied at all considering my vehicle is still at your location going on 7 months now. I originally brought in my car and had the turbo changed within 3-4 days great, however then had iss is still at your location going on 7 months now. I originally brought in my car and had the turbo changed within 3-4 days great, however then had issues with engine and had that changed as well. Now once I got the call that the vehicle was ready I was advised that I needed a couple updates on the vehicle due to the new engine and to keep the warranty on the engine as well that cost me $1500 that I did not have I applied for a loan to pay for those additional needs. Once those additional repairs were done I came in to pick up the and turn in rental I specifically asked that my vehicle had a test drive done and as soon as I left the lot I can tell my vehicle was driving worse than when I brought it in. I immediately turned back and advised the rep. I picked up the rental and was told they would have to get a new turbo and it is on backorder. Since than I've paid off the loan in full and I have called regarding the rental needing maintenance but am being told I can't do anything regarding that because my ticket has been closed. So NO I am not at all satisfied so what can you do to help me with that. Thank you. More
