I am supposed to be entitled to VIP service. I was not provide a loaner. The battery was replaced under warrantee. I was not asked if I needed or wanted additional service.. Granted this was a dead battery and I had to have the car towed in and so I did not have an appointment. HOWEVER, I have tried for a week or more to get the VIP Genesis service for pick up and 15,000 mile service. The appears to be no way to reach the Genesis serivice on your phone system. VERY FRUSTRATING> More
I have used layman Hyundai previously for other issues and I have always experienced a friendly courteous service team without being pushy or trying to sell me a car.
