The person who took care of my car was Santiago Roldan. He was very nice and professional. I would give a 5 starts except that the service date and miles on the on the sticker for next service did not make He was very nice and professional. Shouldn't be noted 3 or 6 months? My 2nd and main issue was that we had an appt at 2pm which we arrived early and checked in on time and we waited for over 3 hrs for schedule maintenance to be completed and that did not even included tire rotation or anything that needed extra time. I wish we were informed of the estimated wait time. I know that Santiago Roldan might have little to none control over the labor but over 3 hrs wait was way too long for a scheduled simple maintenance. We could have been offered to be dropped off at home or work and come back later to pick up the vehicle, but no one did. I have been bringing different vehicles there for service for over 12 years and 3hrs wait is usually when I brought my vehicle in without an appt which in that case only make sense. THANK YOU AND HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM LOOKS INTO THE WAIT TIME and give customer an option. More
