After my first service on my 2021 Palisade, the service light was never turned off, and the car started making noises on the engine. So, I schedule a second service after trying for 1 week to reach the ser light was never turned off, and the car started making noises on the engine. So, I schedule a second service after trying for 1 week to reach the service department. That day, they have me waiting for 4 hours. they call me to ask me about what was the problem on the 3rd hour and then they told me that I had to wait another 1 or 2 hours. I was told at first that my car was being checked and that it was going to take 1 or 2 hours. Besides that, the experience at the dealership is great. The waiting room is comfortable and big and the snacks and coffee make the stay better. After all, I hope to come back to a faster service. More

My first service appointment was a disaster, they did absolutely nothing with my vehicle and failed to advise me that my vehicle was not due for service at the time. I called the next day to voice my dissatisfaction and I had the opportunity to speak to Maximiliano Feria. Mr. Feria managed to fix the tire issue and made sure someone came to my home to pick up and return my vehicle, after service. More

I brought my car because the brakes were shaking and they did not fix the car correctly. The began shaking a day after it was supposed to be fixed. Then to top it off in one day at the dealer someone took my did not fix the car correctly. The began shaking a day after it was supposed to be fixed. Then to top it off in one day at the dealer someone took my car on a 220 mile joy ride. The manager Mike said he will reach out to me to solve the issue and he never did. I called him multiple times and he never answers or returns my call. I’ll never bring my car back here and it’s a horrible experience for Genesis owners. More
