I WENT TO THIS LOCATION 9/13/21. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE YET AGAIN! AT THIS POINT EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I DROPPED MY CAR OFF SINCE 10AM I CAME AT 4PM FOR AN UPDATE ON EXPERIENCE YET AGAIN! AT THIS POINT EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I DROPPED MY CAR OFF SINCE 10AM I CAME AT 4PM FOR AN UPDATE ON MY CAR SINCE EVERYTIME I CALL I COULDNT GET TO ANYONE. THE SERVICE GUY WHO WAS HELPING ME STATED THAT HE HAD TO GO TO THE BACK SINCE THERE WAS NO OPEN TICKET ON MY CAR! MIND YOU MY CAR BEEB THERE SINCE 10AM. THE GUY COMES BACK AND TELLS ME THAT THE PERON THAT IS SUPPOSE TO SERVICE MY CAR WAS NOT THERE SO HE CALLED HIM TWICE AND NO ANSWER. AT THIS POINT I GREW FRUSTRATED… WHO WOULDNT BE NO UPDATE ON MY CAR…. MIND YOU I WAS THERE LAST WEEK AND THEY LOST MY CAR I HAD TO GO IN PERSON TO HELP FIND MY CAR. HONESTLY I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS UNORGANIZED LOCATION AGAIN! I DONT RECOME ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION. GO ANYWHERE FIRESTONE, ANY PLACE JUST NOT THIS LOCATION!
