I dropped my vehicle off for my first service to have it returned the same way I dropped it off. I’m not sure they even did the oil change because the my service indicator is still on and going… Its no way returned the same way I dropped it off. I’m not sure they even did the oil change because the my service indicator is still on and going… Its no way they rotated my tires due to my tire pressure being off and now my steering wheel is shaking when I’m braking. So my service is incomplete, I have to take my car to Rick Case for better customer service. More
