STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD If there was a negative star I would've chosen that option rather than one star. I live out of state and am driving my fathers car, who is a 30 year If there was a negative star I would've chosen that option rather than one star. I live out of state and am driving my fathers car, who is a 30 year veteran. Got into a car accident and had to have my car repaired. The only place my insurance guarantees was Lehman which is a lie because the Manager Arnold and do boy Assistant Manager Frank just told me even though they know they did horrible work they won't help me. I brought my car in Oct 19 with cosmetic damage to the hood and radiator. My car wasn't ready until today November 15. My car is completely misaligned, my car is filthy NEVER washed (which I was told was the reason I could not pick it up last night, cause it was to be washed today), finder prints inside, BUMPER is bigger on one side than the other, which can happen with after market items. BUT had Lehman notified my insurance they would have made them return it for a new bumper. Every part they put on my car does not fit or align. I waited a month for my car to be fixed, they didn't wash my car but left it FILTHY after promising to wash it repeatedly ( like that was even my main concern after a month). The receptionist all the way up to the manager are completely ignorant and gave me the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Arnold and Frank just about high fives each other as they told me they couldn't help me. NEVER TAKE YPUR CAR HERE. They will charge you 1000 for labor and then say their work is guaranteed but ONLY to Arnold's standard, not to the NORM. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH HOW THEY TREAT SERVICE PEOPLE!!! More
